Little Tidbits

- Once, a long, long time ago I knew something about myself. In fact, I might have actually written it upon this very webpage. But then, in an attempt to be a good mother, I lost myself. I guess that could be quite literally taken, but I'll err on the side of thinking that I might have actually retained something of myself in this mothering adventure and suggest that I lost my profile as I was trying to figure out how to help my sweet daughter set up her own blog. Alas, we need not go into the details of my ineptitude but suffice it to say that I do indeed think I have a somewhat of a personal profile and it might go something like this. Once upon a time I was a museum curator, then I became a stay-at-home mother and now, now I am many things, including the author of this mess.

There's nowhere to post a comment on the Tanner painting, but I thought I'd mention I've been a fan of his for years. The Thankful Poor is my favorite.
Brooke, as a full participant in the democratic process I am following the race very closely and I will be sure to go to the booth and privately vote for the candidate I feel most closely aligns with my political agendas.

It took forever to watch this! I need to clean up my files in my system. Where is that Palin lady? Maybe the next one--I am just going to say that I cannot stand to look at McCain and I think that Palin lady is nuts. But, I don't trust any of them! I would like one of the candidates to admit that they don't know how to fix all "our problems", but will do their best with good advisors, etc. , to help them. Thanks, great!
