The Missing month?
For Christmas William and I invested in a fancy new camera, so you might think that I was so excited to put up a few pictures from the great day that I would be blogging daily! But for whatever reason my blog has been remarkably silent since Mitchell turned seven. I suppose its time to post a few things. But I find that my thoughts are turned a bit inward lately and I don't really have great and profound thoughts that I want to share and certainly the poetry has dried up for a the time. So instead, a few images of Christmas:

How about the missing momma? I don't see any pictures of you! Hahahaha--there aren't any of me either from Christmas day. guess somebody has to take the pictures on Christmas morning--or at least we get to retain the power of blog editor so only the pictures we like get posted. ;) I hope all is well. Miss you guys!

reading your post made me sad as i think of you with your thoughts turned inward and the poetry dried up. the world needs your poetry ms. carrie athay... don't turn too far in - we need to hear your thoughts.
