Where, Oh Where did April Go?

With great speed and rapidity April flew by so quickly I hardly remember it and the days of May seem to be accelerating to the point of near nonrecognition. And in the midst of all this great commotion of quickness I have not blogged. But I did want to recap a couple of events from April simply because William has promised to print this blog yearly so we have some sort of record of our family because I cannot scrapbook (case in point are the very poorly done pages I contributed to my in-laws memory book that was masterfully put together by my sister-in-laws) and something in me that has almost always refused to keep a journal that is anything other than an outlet for my frustrations, which means that we do not have a decent record of our family. The blog is meant to rectify this situation. With that in mind, a couple of April events that I missed.

Easter:

We spent a couple of days prior to Easter in Salt Lake so we could visit with my mom and, because no recent visit to Salt Lake would be complete without this lately, a visit with Mitchell's neurologist. So Saturday night we raced home in time to enjoy a peaceful and quiet Easter Sunday, minus all the fancy dinner options like a ham because I forgot to pick those up before we left, as a small family of five.

The Jazz Game:

And then, just over one day after our trip to Salt Lake, William called wondering whether we would like to visit Salt Lake again....that night. It just so happens that William's company has several season tickets to the Jazz game and sometimes they like to share those tickets with some good and valiant employees. And our number came up! So after some huge impositions on one of the most gracious couples I know, we were able to have our kids safely and happily cared for while we flew in the corporate leer jet (definitely my preferred mode of travel to Salt Lake) to see the Jazz beat the Clippers. I might add that for the first half of the game we sat on the fifteenth row and the second half we sat on the floor. It was a good adventure.

And with that April vanished.

Private jet? Wow, that is seriously high rolling it! The family looks so great, I especially love the cheesy pic of the kids hugging. How often do you guys get use of the private plane??
